This tweet from the Italian biking company, Colnago, was very controversial. The woman bending over the bike along with the caption is suggestive of sex. Some companies, like Carl’s/aHardy’s Jr. use sex in their ads and are also criticized but since this is a tweet, people were able to reply to it and the company responsible directly. The woman even has the company’s logo on her butt, making this far worse than it initially is when first looked upon. Twitter users also pointed out that the woman in the photo wasn’t even wearing proper clothing for biking let alone shoes. This introduces a stereotype of women in ads for selling sexuality. People who do not know about this company could assume that they degrade women due to this tweet going viral for the controversy it brings. Kuvshinov Ilya  This is a cover for an illustration magazine by artist Kuvshinov Ilya. I am a fan of her art; I follow her on any social media platform that I can.This digital painting is interesting to me mostly because of the use of dark colors, highlights, and the lack of value.   Dark colors generally evokes a sense of sadness but due to the brightness of the blue background, the pictures feels dream-like. There's also a prominent yellow and orange highlight that gives the picture a warmer feeling to it.   The contrast between the dark hair and dark clothes against this very bright background forces your eyes to focus on just the character.   Besides the background and few highlights, the character almost seems monochromatic which is why she seems much more interesting against the light.   The faint hues of the skin, especially the pink lips, makes her seem soft and youthful.    There are some points within the hair and...
